Since 2019, I have been receiving guidance and support from a yoga therapist. This journey has been my lifeline, providing me with professional guidance through a holistic perspective. Yoga therapists employ a comprehensive approach, incorporating movement, breathwork, meditation, and various techniques to foster lasting well-being and inner joy.
Amidst my personal struggles and recurring bouts of functional anxiety and depression, along with the perpetual demands of home, work, and community, I endure chronic injuries and live with fibromyalgia. However, with the assistance of yoga therapy, I am empowered to make ongoing transformative changes in my life and establish wellness practices that sustain me.
My firsthand experience with yoga therapy has driven me to pursue my certification as a yoga therapist through the esteemed International Association of Yoga Therapists. My commitment to this journey is driven by a desire to serve and support individuals like you.
