I offer embodied care through practices that help us get rooted, slow down, listen inward, move, feel, imagine, wonder, and remember. Together, we make space to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and ancestors, Spirit, purpose, nature, and community—and to reclaim the parts of yourself and ways of knowing that may have gotten quiet along the way.
My work weaves together somatic practice, intuitive and guided movement, mindfulness, self-study, emotional attunement, education, curiosity, and everyday ritual.
My work is trauma-informed, social justice-rooted, and neurodivergent + LGBTQIA+ affirming.
