Yoga + Mindfulness for Kids

Kids deserve spaces where they can move, play, breathe, wonder, and simply be themselves. My kids yoga experiences blend movement, mindfulness, breath, imagination, creativity, and play to help children build a deeper connection with their bodies, emotions, minds, nature and one another.

Rather than asking kids to sit still, be quiet, or “calm down,” we explore what it feels like to notice what’s happening inside, move energy through the body, practice tools for big feelings, and discover what helps each child feel more rooted and connected.

I offer after-school programs, homeschool classes, and in-school experiences that can be adapted for different ages, communities, and needs. Each experience is playful, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and designed to make mindfulness and movement feel accessible to all kinds of bodies and brains.
